We use Data About Snaptrends customers to perform the services requested. SALESFORCE.COM AFFILIATES

We may share Data About Snaptrends Customers with other members and affiliates of the salesforce.com corporate group in order to work with them. For example, we may need to share Data About Snaptrends Customers for customer relationship management purposes.

From time to time, we may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. BILLING

We use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

We reserve the right to use or disclose Data About Snaptrends Customers if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

To update Billing Information or have your registration information deleted, please email support@snaptrends.com. To discontinue your account, please email support@snaptrends.com. For any other information, you can send a request via letter, email or fax addressed to our Privacy Office at the address indicated in this Privacy Statement. In any written request, please include the following information: name, contact details, and the nature of the request, for example: view and/or edit information, inquire regarding use and/or disclosure. We may require that you provide additional information to assist us in finding your information or to verify your identity. We will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt of your request.

10. Customer Content

Snaptrends customers may electronically submit data or information to the Snaptrends Services for hosting and processing purposes and in connection with their use of the Snaptrends Services (“Customer Content”). We will not review, share, access, distribute or reference any such Customer Content except in a manner consistent with your agreement with us to use the Snaptrends Services, or as may be required by law. Customer Content does not include Social Media Content.

11. Security

We have implemented appropriate safeguards to protect Data About Snaptrends Customers and Customer Content from unauthorized access, to maintain data accuracy, and help ensure the appropriate use of Data About Snaptrends Customers and Customer Content. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their usernames and passwords and setting up administrative controls for such protections.

12. Changes to this Privacy Statement

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Statement. We will provide notification of material changes to this Privacy Statement through the Snaptrends Websites at least thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect.
